Network Interface Device (NID) Enclosures
NetSource Fiber Home Termination Boxes are small and easily mountable. They are designed to serve as the interface for up to two fibers at the end-user's location. Its primary application is for Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) and Fiber-to-the-Desk (FTTD). We offer a variety of enclosures both indoor and outdoor.
Our termination boxes offer internal fiber management and are is suitable for both direct termination and fusion/mechanical splicing.
NetSource NID Box
NetSource's NID Box combines compact, lightweight construction with durable ABS+PC materials. Designed for outdoor wall mounting, the NID can support up to four subscribers and is compatible with various cable constructions, from flat to round. Despite its small size, it can store up to 50 feet of cable. For further protection from the elements, the enclosure accepts up to a 1" duct. The lid can either stay open at the hinges or be fully removed, facilitating easier installation and maintenance.

Pre-Wired NID Box (Indoor/Outdoor)
NetSource Lightweight Outdoor Fiber Optic Terminal Boxes are good for protecting fiber optic connectors and splices in indoor or outdoor environments. Each NID enclosure has a built in, swing-out mini splice tray and a bulkhead panel with SC footprint adapter ports. The cable access ports feature weather-tight grommets that allow for easy cable installation.
The 2 port NID enclosure is widely customizable. We will work with you to make sure it works for your specific needs.

NetSource Network Interface Device (NID) enclosure is equipped with integrated fiber management, providing additional storage capacity, and a bulkhead panel that can accommodate up to four users.
The cable access ports are furnished with weather-tight grommets, which can be adjusted to accommodate Cable OD sizes of up to 5mm.
